You will be asked to estimate your annual closings. Agents who close between 1 and 9 transactions annually will be subject to a $590 transaction charge per closing. Agents who close between 10 and 19 transactions annually will be subject to a $490 transaction charge per closing. Agents who close between 20 or more transactions annually will be subject to a $390 transaction charge per closing. All transaction fees will be removed from escrow at time of close. Bridge Realty Group requires a 20-30% split on transactions from a BRG provided Lead. Any split transactions will not require a transaction fee.
All Plans are based on a 12 month term from the start date and is subject to bi-annual renual to insure the correct plan has been selected. *The savings are based on the listed fees over a 12 month period in comparision to the monthly plan. savings wil happen over the course of the 12 month period.
